• Proprietary IRP+ (Impact Resistant Polymer Plus) Shell: Korda’s proprietary IRP+ polymer blend is engineered for high tensile strength and progressive energy dispersion while maintaining a balanced weight of 1550 g ± 50 g.

• Multi-Density EPS Inner Liner: Variable-density EPS foam is strategically engineered across key impact zones to help manage energy from both lower- and higher-velocity impacts.

• ECE 22.06 + DOT + ISI Certified: The helmet meets three established safety standards, covering areas such as impact performance, penetration resistance, retention-system durability, and other prescribed testing requirements.

• Integrated Drop-Down Sun Visor: A built-in dark-tint sun visor can be deployed using the conveniently positioned side slider, making it easy to adapt to bright sunlight without changing the primary visor.

• Aero-Sculpted Rear Spoiler: The aerodynamic rear profile is designed to improve airflow management and stability, helping reduce turbulence and buffeting during highway riding.

• Direct-Flow Ventilation: Strategically positioned chin and brow intakes work with internal EPS airflow channels and rear exhaust ports to promote continuous airflow through the helmet.

Fit, Sizing & Maintenance

Getting the Right Fit

A properly fitted helmet should feel comfortably snug around the crown and cheeks without creating painful pressure points. The interior padding will naturally settle and contour to your face with use, typically over the first 10–15 hours of riding.

Installing the Anti-Fog Insert

Before fitting the Fog-Free 200+ insert, clean the inside of the visor with a clean microfiber cloth. Ensure the insert is positioned correctly and that its perimeter forms a proper seal against the visor for optimum anti-fog performance.

Helmet Care

Clean the helmet shell using warm water and mild soap. Avoid petroleum-based solvents, alcohol-based solutions, harsh chemicals, or glass cleaners, as these may affect the helmet shell, visor, or surface coatings.
